Investment in Digital

new investment for epson digital proof system

This enables to get the possible closest result in every label. This is the way to protect brand identities. We have in house digital proofing capabilities , we created label printing machine profiles and calibrated for the same. The color proof from proofer is good reference as target.

As a label printer we set our ICC profiles with GMG software the profiles should have considered witness of the substrate and simulation. We have our profiles for each label machine output per profile along with ICC curves. We calibrate our proofer with supplied ICC profile and matches the customer label reference label target.

Time Saving

All our printing methods except gravure cylinder engraving we expose all the printing plates in our facility we are not depend on other companies in 15 to 1 hour we are ready to print. That save time and product safety. Because we do in the facility no one else see the secret project.

Introduction

Thanks to our investments in recent years we were able to be the first company in the Turkish sector that can produce labels with multiple features such as Flexo, Rotogravure, Offset and Serigraphy with the Nilpeter MO4 with 11 color units combination label printing machine that uses four different printing methods in one pass with its modular system units.
